Travellers have moved onto Abbrook playing fields, Kingsteignton this week.
It’s believed that three caravans and a motor home are on the site.
Landowners Sibelco have talked to them in an attempt to move them on, but so far discussions have failed.
The fields, which form part of the former sports and social club, is used by various sports club and also houses allotments and Teign Academy’s school farm.
