A security guard was reported to have been attacked this evening (Thursday 20 June) as travellers moved into a Woodingdean Park.
They are believed to have come from Stanmer Park where about 70 vehicles were evicted days before the Sussex Festival of Nature was due to take place.
More than 50 caravans and cars were driven into Happy Valley Park in Woodingdean while others were reported on the Rottingdean pitch and putt course.
