HARLOW Council is seeking external legal advice on how to tackle the illegal Traveller encampments in the town.
The travellers previously on Third Avenue have now moved to Katherine’s playing field, which is land owned by Harlow Council. The authority visited the encampment this morning (Monday, June 16). A court hearing was due to be held today regarding the Travellers on Three Horseshoes Road.
