Legal notice for travellers to leave Blondin Park issued - London

Travellers inhabiting Blondin park have been served a legal notice to leave by this afternoon (June 13).

Ealing Council served a Section 77 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 notice to the Travellers yesterday afternoon (June 13) requiring them to leave the Northfields park within 24 hours.

Leader of Ealing Council, Julian Bell, said he hopes they will leave both Blondin park and the borough by 5 ‘o’ clock.

The council have done welfare checks on the Travellers and their children.
