A set of Travellers have set up camp on a piece of land near Luton Airport.
One caravan arrived on Monday, with more arriving during the week at the waste land near Kimpton Road. There are now around 13 in total.
Luton council said the land was privately owned and a spokesman for the council said they had advised the owners on the eviction process.
It is understood they have been given until Tuesday to leave the land.
