TRAVELLERS who moved onto land belonging to the owners of Crealy Great Adventure Park, near Exeter, were served a court order to leave.
Rod Pearson, managing director for Devon's Crealy, confirmed that Travellers moved on to a small area of land farmed by the owners of Crealy, the Down family, and left after the order was served by the court.
Mr Pearson said: "At no point did the Travellers enter Crealy Meadows and there was no disruption to either Crealy Great Adventure Park or Crealy Meadows.
"The Travellers stayed for a few days and left on Friday, July 27, after a Court Order was served.
"Crealy continues to welcome guests in what's been a great start to the season."
