Illegal traveller camp returns to college site - Cambridge

From cambridgenews.co.uk

Travellers have returned to a trading estate owned by a Cambridge University college.

At least three caravans set up camp this morning on the Trinity Hall Farm Industrial Estate in Nuffield Road.

A worker on the business estate, who did not want to be named, said they were a nuisance because of the rubbish that they left behind every time they came.

He said: “We’ve had a barrier installed but prior to that they were camping right outside our office.

"What they leave behind is absolutely disgusting. The problem is it’s on a public road and you can’t keep them out.”

It is at least the seventh time Travellers have set up an illegal camp on the site.
