Aberdeen Travellers facing legal action

From the Evening Express

COURT action is being taken after Travellers set up three camps in Aberdeen and Westhill within a matter of weeks.

Hazlehead Park, Countesswells Woods and Westhill Business Park have all been targeted at the start of the summer season.

Aberdeen City Council is taking steps to have the Travellers removed from Hazlehead Park, while the Forestry Commission has served the Travellers with a notice to quit at Countesswells.
