THE decision to push ahead with a new Travellers’ halting site could be made within months.
Aberdeenshire Council wants agreement on progressing the plans by September.
And a public consultation on the Aikey Brae site in Buchan will start next month.
Feedback will be considered by councillors and, if a plan is brought forward, it would need their approval.
