Travellers spent five days at an illegal camp they had set up in the car park of the £4.2 million Nene Park Outpatients Clinic.
The caravans arrived at about 9pm on Friday, however by 8am yesterday the majority had moved away from the Attley Way centre which is run by Kettering General Hospital.
The clinic opened in February, replacing the Rushden Memorial Clinic.
