Fresh powers to deal with ‘unlawful’ parking at coastal carparks - Lincolnshire

East Lindsey District Council has been granted the authority to respond quicker to anyone unlawfully parking on sites in Skegness.

ELDC applied to Birmingham High Court for an injunction to give them the power to move Travellers unauthorised to park on council car parks, Tower Esplanade and Princes Parade extension, within four hours of a formal request.

Anyone breaching the order will be in Contempt of Court.
