A CLASH between a group of Travellers on Churston Common and nearby residents has been described as ‘World War Three’.
Around a dozen travellers, with three caravans, two pick-up trucks, one transit van and one car moved onto the common at around 5.30pm yesterday (Thursday).
They gained access via Slade Lane and resident Jason Chitty subsequently parked his car across the lane.
