‘Only one Aberdeen site being considered for Travellers’ - Aberdeenshire

ONLY one location in Aberdeen is now being considered as a possible halting site for Travellers.

Potential plots for a Travellers’ site were earmarked at Blackdog, Scotstown Road and Springhill Road last year.

But finance convener Councillor Willie Young today confirmed the local authority is now only considering Howes Road, which runs between Bucksburn and Northfield in Aberdeen.
