Travellers still at station a week on - Berkshire

Travellers are still at Wokingham station, more than a week after arriving.

Two caravans taking up 18 spaces were spotted in the car park on Tuesday, May 7, and have remained on site. A South West Trains spokeswoman said: “We are continuing to communicate with the Travellers who are using our car park at Wokingham station without authorisation. We are following procedures to encourage them to leave the site.

“Wokingham station remains unaffected, with passenger facilities and the car park remaining operational.”
