A number of travelling families have set up camp at the end of The Esplanade, Southport.
The Esplanade is a dead end that leads onto Weld Road roundabout, this area next to the busy road is danger for roaming children.
Police have been informed of the situation and Cllr Tony Dawson is already on the case.
