AN EXTRAORDINARY meeting of Torfaen Council will be held at the Civic Centre in Pontypool on Tuesday, November 20 at 5pm.
The meeting will be considering the planning application for the proposed Specialist and Critical Care Centre (SCCC) at Llanfrechfa and further Local Development Plans (LDP) focussed changes including the Gypsy and Traveller site allocation.
Public statements may be presented during the SCCC part of the meeting as the council will be dealing with the planning application.
Petitions and public questions can be presented during the LDP section of the meeting but not statements as this is not a planning application.
The deadlines for public representations for this meeting are as follows: - Public questions about the LDP Focussed Changes - by 5pm on Thursday, November 15 (e-mailed to richard.gwinnell@torfaen.gov.uk).
- Petitions about the LDP Focussed Changes - by 5pm on Friday, November 16 (handed in person to Richard Gwinnell or his nominee at the Civic Centre, Pontypool).
- Public statements about the SCCC planning application - by 5pm on Friday, November 16 (emailed to richard.gwinnell@torfaen.gov.uk).
The agenda and relevant documents for this extraordinary meeting will be published on the CouncilÕs website on Monday, November 12.
