Group of Travellers set up camp near horse livery yard - Cambridgeshire

Travellers have set up camp in Cambridge.

Four caravans arrived in the city and pitched up on land off Cambridge Road, near Chivers Farm, a horse livery yard, on Thursday.

A spokesman for Impington Parish Council said they had received no complaints.

He said: "The only people who would be affected are the farm and, as they are not blocking any roads, they are out of our envelope.

"We haven’t had a problem with travelling communities in this area and haven’t had an incident in at least the last five years."
