A VERDICT is expected today (February 20) as Havant Borough Council seeks an eviction notice after Travellers moved onto a layby in Emsworth.
Ten caravans and two vehicles moved onto a layby off the A259, Havant Road, on February 14.
An officer from the borough council will be attending Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
