POLICE and council workers have served the Travellers notice to leave yet again today.
Travellers were ordered to leave land off Weelsby Avenue by Grimsby Magistrates last week, after an application by North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC).
Some moved on to Gilbey Road and others to land by Tesco on Hewitt’s Circus.
The group on Gilbey Road were served notice to leave by council workers and Humberside Police today.
Those near Tesco have not been served notice because it is privately owned and the owners have not asked for assistance.
