Plans for Gypsy caravan site - Cheshire

The applicant is seeking to build a caravan site for gypsies to live, along with utility and day rooms on Green Belt land to the north west of Moor Lane. The submitted plan for the 0.46 hectare site shows one proposed mobile home, one proposed touring caravan and a proposed utility/day room with kitchen, washroom and bathroom.
