A FOUR-and-a-half year saga over a Travellers’ site will rumble on despite a council 'victory’ in the Court of Appeal
On Tuesday last week, the occupants of the unauthorised Traveller site at Shurlock Road, in Waltham St Lawrence, were refused permission to appeal against a court decision from November 2013 which limited them to making a judicial review on one ground.
