A Traveller has appeared in court in connection with the shooting of two men at a Travellers' site in Navestock earlier this year.
Francis O’Donoghue, of Wood Green, north London, did not enter a plea when he appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with two counts of attempted murder.
He was also charged with one count of being in possession of a Class B drug.
Two men suffered injuries from gunshot wounds to the leg and chest at a site in Goatswood Lane on August 27.
He has been remanded in custody until December 30 when he is due to reappear at Basildon Crown Court
