Travellers set up camp by Bradford hotel - Yorkshire

A GROUP of Travellers has set up camp on the entrance to a city centre hotel, the day after a community cricket club was forced to bring in bailiffs to finally remove six caravans from its playing field.

Guests at the Ibis budget hotel at Prince Court, Bradford, say they had awoken today to find five caravans, including one horse-drawn vehicle, in the car park next to the building's entrance on Canal Road.

Staff at the hotel were unwilling to talk about the Travellers, who are thought to have moved onto the site in the early hours, but one said: "It has been reported to the police and they are dealing with it. We have asked for them to be moved on."
