TRAVELLERS playing 'cat and mouse' with council officials in Clevedon could soon be banned from setting up illegal camp across the whole district.
North Somerset Council legal chiefs have been forced to magistrates court twice in the past few weeks to apply for separate orders to evict Travellers from land in the town.
