Site Allocation Consultation - Sussex

From Crawley Borough Council

The council is now conducting a public consultation on additional development sites and protective designations in the preparation of Crawley 2029, a new local plan that will help guide development in Crawley over the 15 years from 2014-2029.

Crawley 2029 is an important document as it will shape the future of the town for the people who live here now, and for those who will live here in the future.

Following the Preferred Strategy Local Plan Consultation late last year, further sites have been identified for development or designations, and we would now like your views on these sites:

Crawley 2029 Site Allocation Questionnaire

Taking part in this consultation will help us decide what sites should be allocated/designated in the Local Plan before it is submitted for inspection in early 2014.

About this consultation

This consultation looks at potential allocations and designations, including:

Housing allocations
Gypsy and Traveller allocations
Historic Parks & Gardens designations
Local Green Space designations
A new Cemetery site
