LEGAL action is being taken to move on travellers from a car park in Paignton.
Torbay council had reports of five vans moving on to the Cliff Park Road car park.
A Torbay Council spokesman said: "An officer will be at the county court at 10am on Thursday, February 16, to seek a possession order for the above car park.
"Court papers have been posted at the car park and we have spoken to a male member of the group to advise him what is happening."
