Travellers set up camp on Katherines Way, Harlow - Essex

ESSEX County Council are using legal powers to move on a group of Travellers who have set up camp on the grass verges in Katherines Way, Harlow.

The group of around 15 caravans were first spotted on Third Avenue and then moved to Harlow Town Park where they were served a section 61 notice by Harlow Police. The group are now parked up on the grass verges on either side of Katherines Way.
