THE OWNER of a potential Gypsy site near South Milford has spoken of his frustrations in trying to get his land considered by Selby District Council.
John Taylor says that his agent even has a letter from Communities Minister Eric Pickles saying the Milford Caravan site should be given the go ahead!
“It’s very frustrating,” he said. “I must have approached them 20 times – the last time was only a couple of weeks ago – but they just don’t seem interested. I don’t know why they are so resistant.”
