DALE FARM TRAVELLERS RESUME LEGAL BATTLE IN HIGH COURT - Essex

From Court News UK

CRAYS HILL BASILDON, ESSEX The Dale Farm Travellers continued their legal battle against being made homeless for the second time in two years at the High Court today (Tues). Twenty former residents of Britain's largest illegal Traveller site want to remain in Oak Lane, Crays Hill, Essex, which is the road directly next to Dale Farm. Today (Tues), the Travellers had planned to apply for permission to launch a judicial review against a council enforcement notice ordering them to leave. However, the court ran out of time to hear the complex legal arguments.
