Travellers camped out on Sparrows Den playing fields, West Wickham - London

A LARGE group of Travellers is camped out on playing fields in West Wickham after arriving there at lunchtime today (July 2).

The convoy of 32 vehicles and 16 caravans arrived at Sparrows Den, off Corkscrew Hill, at about noon.

Bromley police and Bromley Council are aware of the issue and are said to be monitoring the situation.
